We conduct one of the most comprehensive status certificate reviews. If we discover an issue, we advise realtors about the options, risks and opportunities. We do not tell our clients what to do, and instead, we provide the information needed to make a choice. Some of our reviews have resulted in price reductions of more than $8,000. Naturally, our reviews also take longer, and as a result, unlike many firms, we charge for our service - this really is one of those areas where you get what you pay for.
